I am shipping daily now, but due to the level of work and the fact that I am just one person doing everything here your order may take longer than expected. Tracked mail costs extra unless you choose a courier shipping option. If you need a tracking number please chose one of the tracked options.
I try to ship daily but sometimes I don’t feel like it. Please be patient. Check out a map and see what the distance is between London and your city. Shit takes time to get there.
I have been doing mailorder for over 20 years. It is not in my interest that you are angry and I am certainly not here to rip anyone off.
Communication is key, but please do NOT write me two days after you placed an order from Canada asking where your order is.
I am happy to combine postage, keep stuff aside and ship whenever the size of the hold pile is big enough to guarantee a better shipping rate. But please make my life easy and be clear each time you order.
European customers: I do NOT have an IOSS number. The way UK post is set makes it impossible for a small label like LVEUM to have one. If you are worried about potential custom charges then I suggest you buy from our Bandcamp page since Bandcamp has an IOSS number and it makes the customs process seamless (or it should, at least) Otherwise you can try local distros. Hit me up if you have a hard time finding someone that carries LVEUM releases in your area and I’ll do my best to point you to the closest one.
